Since I discovered that Typepad allows me to check my statistics on who is accessing this page, and where the page referrals come from, I obsessively view my stats daily.
Apparently, the post that has brought me the most internet notoriety, such that it is, is the post I wrote a little while back about Kira's science project, Science Is A Pizza Cake!
I must get at least fifteen hits a day for internet searches for things like "edible animal cell model" and "animal cell cake". Very interesting. I guess it is science fair/ science project season, so it makes sense....and I think about the number of times I have Googled some topic or other and found the info I wanted on somebody's personal blog page, so I shouldn't be too surprised.
It's just, well...for all the other cool things I think I do and write about, THAT is what people are coming to my page for? In the words of my three year old daughter, Wren, "Hmph!".
Guess I should consider making some tutorials and posting those, or other such fun things. Maybe I am actually picking up some readers via that animal cell project post. We'll see.
